- Assessment of the different types of leadership in a company and choosing the one that best suits him and his team.
- Formulation of the appropriate questions when defining the mission, vision and values of the company to a new audience.
- Drawing the way forward in terms of how they want to penetrate the new market and choosing the best option.
The aim is for the player to be able to settle down some previous ideas and make a draft of what will later be the internationalization plan that the company will follow.

- Marketing plan – choose the marketing strategy to market entry
- Financial plan – choose the financial strategy
The player has to choose one of three methods in each part according to the suggestions.

Tým WINGS se rozhodl udělat krok směrem k internacionalizaci vaší společnosti. Hráč bude muset ukázat, zda má správný přístup a predispozici čelit tomuto procesu internacionalizace prostřednictvím tří výzev, jejichž cílem je posoudit připravenost hráče zahájit tento proces. Mezi tyto výzvy patří:
- Posouzení různých typů vedení ve společnosti a výběr toho, který nejlépe vyhovuje jemu a jeho týmu.

O jogador terá de demonstrar se tem a atitude e a predisposição adequadas para enfrentar este processo de internacionalização através de três desafios que visam medir a disponibilidade do jogador para iniciar este processo. Um plano de negócios será estruturado da mesma forma que um plano de negócios propriamente dito, de modo a ajudar os jogadores a entender que métodos podem ser utilizados para elaborar uma determinada parte. Incluirá os seguintes tipos de análise:
- Estrutura de um Plano de Negócios – escolher os aspetos essenciais
- Plano de Marketing – escolher a estratégia de marketing strategy para entrada no emrcado
- Plano Financeiro – escolher uma estrratégia financeira

El plan de negocios se estructurará de la misma manera que un plan de negocios propiamente dicho para ayudar a los jugadores a entender qué métodos podrían utilizarse para redactar la parte concreta. Incluirá los siguientes tipos de análisis:
- Estructura de un plan de empresa - elegir los aspectos esenciales
- Plan de marketing - elegir la estrategia de marketing para la entrada en el mercado
- Plan financiero - elegir la estrategia financiera
El jugador tiene que elegir uno de los tres métodos en cada parte según las sugerencias.
